How Many Users Should My Apps Have to Before Contacting You?

Ideally, you should more than 500 users if your B2B or more than 10,000 users if you're B2C. If you don't hit these numbers, you may not have enough data to justify all the costs around setting up and maintaining tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc.

What if I Already Have Existing Data?

We can work to incorporate and reuse any existing you already have. However, we still have to go through our 4 step process since this will surface any issues that need to be resolved such as data accuracy problems or incomplete data sets.

Do You Work with Companies Outside the US or Canada?

We will work with any companies within the PST to EST timezones which would include companies in North and South America.

How Quickly Can You Start on a Project?

We can start most projects within 2-3 weeks of finalizing our contract and any other relevant admin details like deposits, NDA, etc.
